REVERSE : The coin’s reverse depicts a colour representation of a baby rooster against a backdrop of flowers.
The Chinese character for ‘rooster’, the inscription ‘Year of the Rooster’, The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, and the 2017 year-date are also incorporated into the design.
