Minted in the United States of America (exact location unknown) under the government of Governor Cantz'laar, this type had a mintage of 120,655 coins, of which around 114,000 were melted in 1827. These coins were withdrawn from circulation on 1 January 1827.

Description: A caduceus and a sugar cane stem intertwined, above CURACAO above.
REVERSE :
Description: 1 reaal, a 5-pointed star below all in an oak wreath
and the laurel.
