Head of Republic radiating and capped with a circle of children holding hands. Signed AP. BARRE the highlight along the rim.

REVERSE :

LIBERTE/EGALITE/FRATERNITE - 100F - 1988.
Tree of freedom whose branches are made of the triad Republican called a Phrygian cap, signed DURAND MEGRET on the right, along the rim.
