REVERSE :
Description: 50 FR. on either side of an eagle surrounded by the necklace of the Legion of Honor brochant on two sceptres (hand of justice sceptre de Charlemagne) and resting on a hanging adorned with hermin speckles inside and bees outside.
All topped with an imperial crown from which two ribbons leave; below, the 1866 vintage, the letter of workshop A on the left.
