The Scottsdale Mint has used its high quality minting techniques and rimless design on a remarkable 4.75mm thick coin to reproduce a hand-carved Egyptian relic.
Maximum mintage is 25,000 pieces.

Contains 2 oz of .999 fine silver. 
This coin features an impressive rimless design, which has been carried over from the first coin and contributes to its ancient character.

The coin comes in an individual glossy gift box.

OBVERSE :

The obverse shows the skeleton of Pharaoh Ramses II of Egypt. Designed to resemble an object found in a tomb, the field of the coin is adorned with strikingly realistic cracks, chisel marks and faded hieroglyphs, as well as the name of the pharaoh, the only text inscribed on the obverse.

 

REVERSE :

On the reverse the inscriptions "Republic of Chad" in French, 2 Troy Oz , 1000 Francs CFA and .999 Fine Silver" surround the coin. In the centre is the coat of arms of the Republic of Chad: a goat and a lion holding a shield under which is inscribed on a ribbon "Unit Travail Progres" and just below it is the year 2017.
